New Company Data delivers a daily CSV file of newly registered companies and LLPs in India, sourced from official MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) filings. Each file includes CIN, company/LLP name, registered address, capital details, directors, and contact details such as email and phone.
Your CSV file is delivered by email every day between 11 AM and 2 PM IST, containing all newly registered companies and LLPs from the previous day.
MCA data and GST data each have three plans: a 7-day trial, a 1-month plan and a 3-month plan. Current prices are shown on the MCA Data Pricing and GST Data Pricing pages.
Each CSV includes CIN/LLPIN, Company/LLP Name, Date of Registration, State, City, Category, Sub-Category, Class, Authorised & Paid-Up Capital, Registered Address, Email, and Activity Description. Director mobile numbers are also available.
All data is sourced from official public records maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. We process ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings daily to keep the data fresh.

Payments are currently made by UPI. After you submit your transaction ID, we verify the payment and activate your plan.
Yes. Many of our subscribers use New Company Data for B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, market research, competitor analysis, and investment tracking. The data is sourced from official MCA records and is suitable for professional use.
Yes, every plan includes newly registered Companies as well as LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships) in the same daily CSV delivery.
All CSV files delivered during your active subscription period are available for download anytime from your Dashboard under "CSV Downloads".
You will stop receiving new daily CSV files once your subscription expires, but you can renew at any time from the Pricing page to resume delivery.
